Our Ingredients

Organic Banana, Organic Lemon Juice (100% lemon juice not from concentrate).

We didn’t plan to make these. But when life gives us 🍋 ...and 🍌 we know what we're making! 

We had a lot of mechanical issues with our equipment last summer. A batch couldn't proceed, and we'd be left with a mountain of ripe bananas.

To prevent the compost we started slicing them up into the perfect shape for baby J, tossed them in lemon juice, freeze dried them and voila!

Friends, family, and market regulars who sampled them started to ask for them and this misfit product was born!
